Citizens State Bank Norwood Young America is moving to a new computer processing system and a new service provider company on October 20, 2018. 

BILL PAY INFORMATION

The bill pay information that you had set up previously will not transfer from the current Bill Pay system to the new Bill Pay system during the computer software conversion.  Please collect or print your current payee information, account numbers and other pertinent information prior to October 19th so that you can efficiently set up your current bills in the upgraded Bill Pay system.

Tips on Printing Bill Pay Information

Open the Bills & Payments tab in the current Bill Pay system. Each payee / company you have set up is listed in the Pay To section. One at a time, click the down arrow box next to each payee name (that is still a valid payee for you). Next click View / Change payee details. Then click Change information. A page will display that says Edit Payee. Now do a “Print Screen” of this page. The address of the payee may not display if the payee company receives or accepts an ACH credit instead of a paper check. Most payees that have a large customer-base accept bill payments via ACH.  

BILLS SCHEDULED TO BE PAID AFTER THURSDAY OCTOBER 18, 2018

You will need to schedule a payment date of on or before October 18, 2018 using the current Bill Pay system. If you have already scheduled the payment of a bill for a later date, you must either change the date to October 18th, or re-input the bill in the new Bill Pay system when it is available after 9:00 am on Monday October 22nd.

You will not be able to access the current Bill Pay system after 5:00 pm on Thursday October 18th.
 
The new Bill Pay system will be available after 9:00 am on Monday October 22nd.
 

ONLINE BANKING SYSTEM

You will not be able to access the current Online Banking system using the current Banking App after 5:00 pm on Thursday October 18th.

You will not be able to access the current Online Banking system after 2:00 pm on Friday October 19th.

The new Online Banking system will be available after 9:00 am on Monday October 22nd.

Your current password will not work on the new system.  Information regarding the format of your temporary initial password for the new Online Banking system has been mailed to you. A reminder regarding the initial password will appear after you enter your current User ID in the new Online Banking system.  Your current User ID will not change.

BANK WEBSITE

The bank website will transition from the current website to the new website after 2:00 pm on Friday October 19th. You will be unable to login to the new Online Banking system from the new website until after 9:00 am on Monday October 22nd.

QUICKEN / QUICKBOOKS DOWNLOAD

 For those customers who use our free Quicken / QuickBooks download service via Online Banking, as of 2:00 pm on Friday October 19th your current download connection will cease to be operational. After 9:00 am on October 22nd, you will need to complete an account deactivation from your current (previous at that point) download connection and you will then need to complete an account reactivation to download from the new Online Banking system. Documents detailing how to complete this process are available at the link "www.CitizensStateBankNYA.com/quicken" below.
